Each season I tend to change the livingroom into another colour theme.
For some reason I could not get the colour purple out of my head,
so purlpe it is now.
This is my latest crochet project , nearly finished,

Frozen

“Hold fast to dreams,
For if dreams die,
Life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly,
Hold fast to dreams,
For if dreams go,
Life is a barren field, Frozen with snow”Langston Hughes

This is how I covered the handle.

infinite

my love as deep.
The more I give thee,
the more I have,
For both are infinite.”
so I used ink, crocheted flowers a gold coloured charm
and some purple paper string
and sewed it all together on a piece of wallpaper.
It was great fun puting everything together,
and I like how it turned out.

Yeah........it is my Birthday today !

For the special occasion,
mamma made me a crocheted hat,
with the number 2 on it .
So I guess you know how old I am now :)

For my big day, mama and daddy got me lots of goodies!

Some time ago I promised to show you
a little more of our neighbourhood
Well , if you would like to come along again..........
follow me down the stairs .........

and look ,
there's a beautiful church , whith a monument in front of it.
Oorlogsmonument Val-meer
This monument commemorates the residents of Val-Meer
who died in the First and Second World War.
Hello there,
you cute woolly sheep,
in your very quiet rural setting .

And there's a nostalgic barn .
Look, how they have put the flower boxes so neatly in a row.
and last but not least,
a very old farm , with a beautiful authentic archway,
typical Limburgs .
Well , this is it.............. for now,
but I will show you a lot more soon,
promise .
Have a nice weekend !
